Nature sounds to help you relax or sleep...

Here is a cool web site http://www.soundsleeping.com/ where you can listen to nature sounds to help you relax, meditate, or sleep. You can choose from ocean, rain, chimes, thunder, songbirds, gulls, etc. All you have to do is click on which (can be more than one) you want and turn up or down the volume, its so easy! No downloading! The photos I took above about a year ago..the dates (in the corner you can barely see) on them are wrong as I could never figure out how to change it on my non-digital camera, but someone finally fixed that for me, thanks so much! Thanks Jodie from "Intuitive Innovations" (on my blog link) for the nature sounds info. Enjoy everyone!

Rhiannon: Awesome post I will check out after pulling an all-nighter with projects. I have a friend in the SW who uses meditation, relaxation tapes and hypnosis just to get some sleep, as she is quite ill. She loves nature sounds and so I'll come back to this when I'm rested myself. Good post!

Hi Rhiannon,

I'm the webmaster of www.soundsleeping.com, home of the nature sound program. I made the program with Macromedia Flash thus the screen name flashaltman (Altman being my last name), sometimes people think it's a super hero thing. I'm glad you and some of your readers enjoy it. I'm going to spend some time perusing your site, it looks interesting.
