"Graceful Imperfections"....my poem....Believe me, I'm more hard on myself then anyone else could possibly be of late...

Running for Shelter
in more ways than one....
Mistakes sifted through my fingers
like the hands of time
As the warning trumpets
of Gabriel's calling
announced my arrival....

Overlooking the cliffs
Along the slippery path
of mistaken roads
I knowingly took...
I felt myself falling
through the air
to the ocean shores echoing below
as I found myself
drifting into a cloud of dreams....

Fleeting thoughts flew by my memories
connecting to Spirits acknowledgement
in accepting my graceful imperfections.

You have expressed wonderfully a life's lesson in this poem. Acceptance is so key to serenity. I'm glad you found it to appreciate for the rest of your life, Rhi.

We each do the best that we can.
and we each must go on after failure.
You are very honest with this one,

...and the key word is "graceful" which you are to the utmost, Rhi. This is a beautiful poem and I love the surreal feel to it (for me, anyway). Thanks for all your posts and music ... and I never told you how much I love the new background! It is really nice.
PEACE, SisSTAR!!! You are Perfect to me! ^;^
